SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Unit maintenance, pump side maintenance and up keep
• Onsite rig-in/rig-out and site maintenance
• Maintenance of iron inventory
• Sand truck operation, pneumatic air can and belly dump conveying belt trailers
• Assist in completing all maintenance inspections
• Ensure all repairs are completed and documented
• Understand and exercise relevant HSE work procedures and practices for the job
• Follow and obey all CWS and regulatory driving rules
• Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures to achieve safety objectives
• Identify and raise hazard ID reports when unsafe practices or conditions are observed •
Assist in marking locations for 3rd parties to spot frac tanks
• Works with 3rd parties to set containment on location
• Coordinates movement and spotting of sandmasters on location
• Delivers and sets Calfrac containment when needed.

FRACTURING OPERATORS:
Requirements: Must at have at least Class A CDL Permit with clean driving and record.
Field Mechanics:
Requirements: Class A CDL preferred with clean driving record. 1+ years of oil field experience preferred. 2+ years of diesel/hydraulic experience.
Field Electronics Technician:
Requirements: Class A CDL preferred. 1+ years of oilfield electronics maintenance, field troubleshooting and multi meter experience required.
Shop Mechanics
Requirements: 2+ years of diesel/Hydraulic experience. 1+ year of oil field experience preferred.

Some of the best equipment in the oil industry I’ve seen in my 4 years in the oilfield. Equipment operators take care of their equipment. The HR department is very caring and addresses problems that arise quickly and efficiently. Liberty matches your 401K immediately instead of a year later, like most employers. That is nice.
Strong company. Growing during this oilfield downturn while other companies are folding. Good company to work for. They are striving to keep everyone employed as long as possible during this downturn, and have done a good job at making the cutbacks easier to swallow.
Small company so salary is not as good as larger companies, and some benefits are lacking. Was impressed by their benefits for a small company though – in comparison with other companies their size, they do have more, but when coming from a much larger company, realized how much more the larger company could afford to give their employees.
